CANCELLATIONS
Members who cancel their membership within 5 days of joining will receive a refund on all fees as specified on their membership application and agreement form. After 5 days cancellations are not permitted unless there is a medical reason accompanied by a doctors note.

All cancellations require approval from the Fitness Manager and cancellations require 7 business days for processing. A cancellation form must be signed and accompanied by the issued membership card by the 20th of the month to prevent further debits or charges going through your account. Please Note: There is a $60.00 charge for stopped payments and cancellation processing.
