STEAM ROOMS
Enjoy a relaxing, hot steam after a hard workout. Kingswood Fitness offers a steam room in each of the women and mens change rooms. Be sure to bring a towel and follow the safety guidelines posted outside the steam room doors.

MEMBERS LOUNGE
Kingswood has a members lounge on the second floor of the fitness centre. Relax on our leather sofas, read a magazine or watch TV after a great workout or while you wait for your workout partner to finish changing and/or freshening up.

TANNING
Kingswood Suntan Room is on the second floor of the Fitness Centre. This is for exclusively for fitness members only. For only $3.00, you can tan up to 20 minutes. Reservations for the bed can be made at the front desk. Goggles are available to borrow at the front desk, although purchasing your own pair is always a good hygienic option.

MEMBERSHIP TO IHRSA
Kingswood Fitness is a member of IHRSA, the International Health, Racquet & Sports Club Association, the largest fitness club association in the world for privately owned fitness centres. One benefit of your Kingswood Fitness membership is the IHRSA Passport Program that gives you guest privileges in over 3500 health clubs worldwide. Don't put your workouts on hold while you travel, workout in an associated IHRSA club for a nominal fee. Ask the front desk for a passport card before you travel.
