Functional Circuit Training
FCT is the most effective way to combine cardio conditioning with functional strength training. This is a high intense class designed to help burn fat and develop athleticism, power, strength, endurance and agility . It focuses on exercises that are highly functional so that the training transfers to your everyday body movements and sports.
