Spin/ Back & Abs
Spinning is indoor cycling, riding to the rhythm of music, through flat, rough roads, hills and interval training. Discover your inner athlete for 40 min. and continue on with strength training for 20 min. Challenging muscle groups by using tubing, body bars, free weights and your own body weight.
Time: Monday at 9:00am- 10:00am
Wednessdays at 6:50pm - 7:50pm
