PLAYCARE POLICIES

-Members wishing to use the babysitting services must reserve a space for their children 24 hours in advance. If you have to cancel your reservation please let Kingswood Fitness know 12 hours in advance.

-If you do not have a space booked for your child, please phone ahead – otherwise, there might not be a space for him/her. If we have a space available, we will accept your child but if space is not available we will not be able to accept your child at that time. SO PLEASE be sure to register in advance to avoid any disappointment.

-Kingswood Fitness will only accept members’ children, a member is not permitted to leave a child that is not their own with the playcare attendant.

-Parents must remain at Kingswood Fitness at all times when their child/children are in the playcare area.

-All children left in the care of the playcare attendant must behave in a manner that is not disruptive or harmful to other children. If the playcare attendant cannot control the child, Kingswood Fitness is under no obligation to accept the child in the playcare program.

-Please do not bring your child is he/she has the flu, cold or any other contagious condition. Kingswood Fitness reserves the right to refuse the child is he/she is sick.

-In the event the child is upset on a certain day, the playcare attendant will ask that the parent take their child home early on that day.

-When picking up your child/children from playcare, the playcare attendant will fill out a slip with amount owing. Please take the slip to the fitness front desk to make your payment. Playcare must be paid on the day you use the service, please do not take the slip home to pay it on another day.
