Yoga
Free to our members, this class is taught in the Viniyoga tradition. This style has a "start from where you are" approach which means anyone and everyone can do it. This wonderful class is suitable for all ages and stages of life. The breath is linked with movement, and people are encouraged to find their own expression in each posture. A progressive form of exercise which has numerous benefits for the body, mind and soul.
